Exfoliation is a key element for better aging of your skin.  By now everyone has heard of alpha hydroxy acids, but have you heard of beta hydroxy acids?  They are both great exfoliates, but there is a difference between the two.  Putting both of these together covers all the problems that you face as the skin ages.
