kale reicpe

1)      BITTER IS BETTER:  Eat one bitter food with each meal to help shed pounds.  Add kale, arugula, olives, almonds, miso, collard greens, mustard greens, radish, dandelion, and radicchio to omelets, soups, salads, sir fry, and smoothies.  Bitter foods stimulate gastric juice, saliva, and bile secretions that help boost digestion, burn fat, detoxify the liver and gallbladder, prevent constipation and reduce sugar cravings according to most nutritionists.  Try my kale and white bean stir fry:  Brown two chopped leaks with two cloves of garlic in olive oil. Add chopped red bell pepper and drained and washed great white northern beans and stir.  Add salt, pepper, and McCormicks Greek Seasoning.  Top with cleaned and chopped kale and cover until wilted.  Stir thoroughly and serve fresh sliced radish for more bitter bonus.
