I have collected loads of articles and read as much as I can on how to lose weight.  These are some of my favorites.  And yes they really work!


1)       CUT BACK ON SODIUM:  Beware of hidden sodium in granola bars, cans of tuna, sauce and salad mixes, packaged meats, processed foods in boxes, cereals, cottage cheese, and even frozen foods.  Apparently 75% of Americans sodium intake does not come from the salt shaker.  Cut the sodium and loose the bloat.  Most experts suggest 500mg a day.  The best salt on the planet is not sea salt, it is Himalayan Crystal Salt.  These diamond-like salt crystals are geometrically perfect and contain ionic trace minerals in similar ratios to what is found in our blood.  These minerals are completely bio-available and able to be absorbed directly in to a cell.  You will experience an increase in your vibration, energy, life force, and consciousness according the book “Water and Salt.”  I love this stuff.  It tastes fabulous and you don’t have to use as much.  You can also add potassium to rid excess sodium with sweet potatoes, beets, figs, oranges, bananas, cantaloupes, apricots and coconut water.
